My First Bloggers' Meeting w/ Yntenzo

A few week ago, I had the opportunity to say "yes" to my first EVER blogger's meeting! Yes, I never been into public presentations, openings, and other themed parties like most of the bloggers I know. I never had the invitation! Till Palco Agência contacted me to be in a presentation of a new store in Braga, the Yntenzo's perfume store!

Days before the event, I received one of my favorite press kits so far, with samples of different and amazing perfumes from Yntenzo (you can check the photos on my features on Instagram). I was blown away by the care and detail of the press kit, and when I did a little search about Yntenzo, I fell in love with the store, it's so beautiful. I couldn't wait to experience it!

And when I had the opportunity to experience it, I really loved the store, the attention for the details and the all inspiration behind the amazing perfumes that you can find in the store (and online). In that day, not only did I had a tour in the store (because there is a lot to understand and areas with specific products), but also the opportunity to create my own perfume. As you already know me, I was thrilled just to think about creating my own perfume!

Throughout the all process, I was nicely intructed and guided to find the essence of my own perfume. From the beginning I knew "I want something fresh, with floral and fruity touchs". And that was the path I followed to create the perfume I named Fine Alchemy. In the end, it was this blog that lead me to do the event so I had to name it that way! In the end I even received a paper saying that I was an official perfumist, just for one day, but hey... I'm going to put in my CV anyway!

If you're in Braga, don't leave this experiencie with Yntenzo out of your schedule. The store is beyond beautiful, the perfumes are so detailed and thoughtful, the staff is so helpful and nice... Honestly, you won't be disapointed!

Há algumas semanas, tive a oportunidade de dizer "sim" ao meu PRIMEIRO encontro de bloggers! Sim, nunca estive em apresentações públicas, aberturas e outras festas temáticas, como a maioria das bloggers que conheço. Nunca tive um convite! Até que a Palco Agência me contactou para a apresentação de uma nova loja em Braga, a loja de perfumes Yntenzo!

Dias antes do evento, recebi um dos meus press kits favoritos até agora, com amostras de diferentes e incríveis perfumes da Yntenzo (podem conferir as fotos nos features do meu Instagram). Fiquei impressionada com o cuidado e os detalhes do kit, e quando fiz uma pequena pesquisa sobre a Yntenzo, apaixonei-me pela loja, é tão bonita. Não conseguia mais esperar para experimentar tudo!

E quando tive a oportunidade de experimentar, adorei a loja, a atenção para o detalhe e toda a inspiração por trás dos incríveis perfumes que podem encontrar na loja (e online). Naquele dia, não só fiz uma tour pela loja (porque há muito para aprender e áreas com produtos específicos), mas também a oportunidade de criar meu próprio perfume. Como já me conhecem, fiquei entusiasmada só de pensar em criar meu próprio perfume!

Ao longo de todo o processo, fui bem introduzida e guiada para encontrar a essência do meu próprio perfume. Desde o começo eu sabia "quero algo fresco, com toques florais e frutados". E esse foi o caminho que segui para criar o perfume ao qual chamei Fine Alchemy. No final de tudo, foi este blog que me levou a fazer o evento, então tive que dar uma homenagem! No final, até recebi um papel a dizer que eu agora sou um perfumista oficial, só por um dia, mas hey... vou colocar no meu currículo mesmo assim!

Se forem visitar Braga, não deixem esta experiência com Yntenzo fora da vossa programação. A loja é mais do que bonita, os perfumes são tão detalhados e bem pensados, o staff é tão agradável... Sinceramente, não se vão decepcionar!

Drops of Youth w/ The Body Shop

For some months already, I been working with The Body Shop! I couldn't be more happy! I never used The Body Shop before this collaboration and now... I'm so in love with every single product I receive, in love indeed that I went to the shop to by myself some products too! I know that a lot of people always question themselves about a blogger talking about a brand that she's working with. I get you! I fell the same, because most of the times they're payed to say good things about the brand. But honestly 1) I'm not beeing payed over here and 2) I don't see the point of lying. When I decide to collab with a brand it's because I have people around me that love it and I want to get to know it too, because I already used the products from the brand, or because I like the products, pieces.. and I would wear / use them all the time if I have them! I already told that before, but I want to explain that again, because I understand the mistrust around the bloggers community and I don't see the point on painting a false picture over here in Fine Alchemy.

So, back into The Body Shop... I went to their store in Via Catarina (Porto) to learn more about the product line Drops of Youth. In one of my first visits to the shop I did a skin test to understand it better and the lady that treated me (a super nice lady) put a serum from this range on my skin. And I really liked the texture of my skin after the treatment. So I was super thrilled to check these products and obviously to test them!

And so far so good! I been using the products for a week now and... they really give my skin a boost of hydration. I been using the Youth Concentrated, that it's a serum, and the Youth Bouncy Eye Mask both twice a day (at the morning and evening) after cleaning my skin! Even my mom it's using them with me! I didn't have the time to use the mask yet, but the lady in the store told me that this Youth Concentrated Sheet Mask is amazing! She told me that it leaves a very cold sensation while on the face and the end result is amazing, because it's a sheet mask soaked in 3 times the Youth Concentrated! It's a hell of a big boost for the skin for sure!

What I love the most about theses products is that they like a touch of nature on your skin! I been searching more and more for natural and with no animal test products, and The Body Shop philosophy really fits with my ideals and my most recent needs! Also, I love the fact that this sheet mask is biodegradable!! Isn't that super cool?

Já faz alguns meses que estou a trabalhar com a The Body Shop! E não poderia estar mais feliz! Nunca tinha usei The Body Shop antes desta colaboração e agora... estou tão apaixonado por cada produto que recebo, apaixonada de verdade ao ponto de ir à loja para comprar alguns produtos eu mesma! Eu sei que muitas pessoas questionam-se sobre uma blogger falar sobre uma marca com a qual está trabalhar. Eu entendo! Eu sinto o mesmo, porque na maioria das vezes eles/as são pagos para dizerem coisas boas sobre a marca. Mas honestamente 1) eu não sou paga e 2) eu não vejo o porquê de mentir. Quando decido colaborar com uma marca é porque tenho pessoas à minha volta que a adoram e eu quero experimentar também, porque já usei os produtos da marca, ou porque gosto dos produtos, peças... e vestia / usaria o tempo todo se os tivesse! Eu já disse isto antes, mas quero explicar mais uma vez, porque eu entendo a desconfiança em torno da comunidade de bloggers e não vejo o ponto de pintar uma imagem falsa aqui em Fine Alchemy.

Então, de volta à The Body Shop... fui até a loja na Via Catarina (Porto) para saber mais sobre a linha de produtos Drops of Youth. Numa das minhas primeiras visitas à loja, fiz um teste de pele para a compreender melhor e a senhora que me atendeu (uma senhora super simpática) colocou um sérum desta gama na minha pele. E realmente gostei da textura da minha pele depois do tratamento. Por isso fiquei super feliz em poder saber mais sobre estes produtos e obviamente testá-los!

E, até o momento, tenho gostado! Comecei a utilizar os produtos há uma semana e... realmente dão à minha pele um boost de hidratação. Tenho usado o Youth Concentrated, que é um sérum, e o Youth Bouncy Eye Mask duas vezes ao dia (de manhã e à noite) depois de limpar a minha pele! Até minha mãe está a usá-los juntamente comigo! Não tive tempo para experimentar a máscara ainda, mas a senhora do loja disse que esta Youth Concentrated Sheet Mask é incrível! Ela disse que deixa uma sensação muito fria, enquanto colocada no rosto, e o resultado final é incrível, porque é uma máscara de tecido embebida em 3 vezes a quantidade do Youth Concentrated! É um grande impulso para a pele com certeza!

O que tenho gostado mais nestes produtos é o fato de serem quase como um toque da natureza na tua pele! Tenho procurado cada vez mais  produtos naturais e sem teste em animais, e a filosofia da The Body Shop realmente encaixa com meus ideais e nas minhas necessidades mais recentes! Além disso, adoro o fato da máscara de tecido ser biodegradável! Não é incrível?

Layer by Layer w/ Caudalie

As you may know already, I'm a sucker for beauty products. I always cared about my skin, specialy on my face. My inspiration is my mom, who is a person who dedicated all her beauty rituals to creams, seruns, masks... and as a girl I learned with a best!

One of my favorite brands is Caudalie. I used their creams for years, till they end the production of the one that I loved (I'm still looking for a cream as good as the one I had from Caudalie). But it was always a brand of reference for me and... for my skin for sure! And this month I had the pleasure to try out some products from Caudalie that I never used!

First, we have the Essence Concentrée Éclat, which is an liquid essence that doubles the effects of the products that you use after this step. I love the natural scent, it brings me memories of the forest, I don't know how to explain. But I liked that is very light on the skin!

Second, we have the Sérum Éclat Anti-taches! I always love a good sérum, and this one is amazing! I don't have that many stains in my face, but it left me with a hidratated skin! And even my mom used it, so.. if she approves is because it's really good for any age and type of skin!

I been loving to discover new products. Specialy from a brand that still lives in my heart. And for that, I want to thank the girls from Pondera for this amazing experience with Caudalie!

Como vocês já devem ter entendido, sou uma maluca por produtos de beleza. Eu sempre me interessei pelo cuidado da minha pele, especialmente do meu rosto. A minha inspiração é minha mãe, que é uma pessoa que dedicou todos os seus rituais de beleza a cremes, séruns, máscaras... e como menina eu aprendi com a melhor!

Uma das minhas marcas favoritas é a Caudalie. Eu usei os cremes da marca durante anos, até que deixaram de produzir os produtos que mais gostava (eu ainda estou à procura de um creme tão bom quanto o que eu tinha da Caudalie). Mas sempre foi uma marca de referência para mim e... para a minha pele claro! E este mês tive o prazer de experimentar alguns produtos da Caudalie que nunca tinha usado antes!

Primeiro, temos o Essence Concentrée Éclat, que é uma essência líquida que duplica os efeitos dos produtos que se usam após essa etapa. Adoro o aroma natural, traz-me lembranças da floresta, não sei explicar. Mas eu gostei do produto, é muito leve na pele!

Em segundo lugar, temos o Sérum Éclat Anti-taches! Eu sempre adorei um bom sérum, e este aqui é incrível! Não tenho tantas manchas na minha cara, mas deixou-me com uma pele hidratada! E até minha mãe usou, logo... se ela aprova é porque é muito bom para qualquer idade e tipo de pele!

Tenho adorado descobrir novos produtos. Especialmente de uma marca que ainda vive no meu coração. E por isso, quero agradecer às meninas da Pondera por esta incrível experiência com Caudalie!

CK One Summer

Summer is here! And I coulnd't be more happy! I always loved a good summer parfume, you know? Those ones with fresh and floral notes. I never been a kind of girl who love sweet and intense scents, I prefered soft and delicate ones. And Spring and Summer are the perfet seasons to wear those.

That's why I was even happier when I received the new CK One Summer! The aroma is girly, fresh and gentle. It's a perfet take of what summer could be if it was a scent indeed! And honetly, I been wearing it daily! I want to give a special thanks to the girls from Pondera who sent me this amazing Summer delight!

O verão chegou! E não podia estar mais feliz! Eu sempre adorei um bom perfume de verão, sabem? Aqueles com notas frescas e florais. Eu nunca fui uma rapariga de aromas doces e intensos, eu preferi sempre os mais delicados. E a primavera e o verão são as estações perfeitas para usá-los!

É por isso que fiquei ainda mais feliz quando recebi o novo CK One Summer! O aroma é feminino, fresco e suave. É um retrato perfeito do que o verão poderia ser se fosse um perfume! Beauty Moment w/ Éclatant

Although I rarely talk about it, I really like beauty, skin treatments, perfumes... everything that involves beauty! The contact with the beauty area has been going on since I was a little girl, since I saw my mother treating her skin carefully every day. And I still remember it as if it were today that whenever she leaves the house did not forget to put lipstick! By always seeing these small details of my mother's routine, I inevitably grew up wanting to explore the area on my own! And that's what I did, when the right age knocked on the door (yes because I believe there's a certain age) I started testing. I started by trying to use a foundation, then I began to paint my eyes, I tested the eyeliner.. and after many years I have perfected the way I like to put on makeup, but also how important it is to take care of my skin!

Today I decided to talk a little about my make-up routine, in partnership with Éclatant. Éclatant is an online store with a collection ranging from perfumes to make-up, to all tastes and genres, making the act of buying beauty products easier, after all, it's just a click away! And thanks to this facility I decided to make my first purchase in your store.

In my day to day I go for a routine of make-up very simple and fast. As I am crazy about skin care products, masks, serums... my skin naturally has a fresh, hydrated air. So I never use base, only fixer where it is needed. But what I always have in my wallet and necessities box (as my grandmother would say) is lipstick, eyeliner and eyelash mask! In a mix of products of choice and products that you would like to try, decide to visit the Éclatant website and order:

3_ Mascara “Volume Supreme” ny Artdeco

Lipstick is essential in my routine. I really like the act of putting lipstick on its own, but I also like how something so simple can give a more lively look to the face. This Dior formula is moisturizing and light, besides the color is very close and a lipstick that had the same brand and was discontinued (I hate when brands do this). One trick I always use with my lipstick is to duplicate its function: both use on the lips, as I put use as blush! Not only does it uniform the tone of our face, but it is also practical and very on the go!

Although I love lipstick, my routine focuses a lot on the look! Ever since I was a girl, everyone was telling me how big my eyes were and that's why I always saw them as one of my best traits (after all it's the door to our soul)! So treat your eyebrows, use a concealer, draw the eyeliner and put mask on the eyelashes is essential! The eyeliner is my best friend. I admit, of all the products I use, I would not leave home without the eyeliner. Since I started using it, I feel it looks good and I feel confident when I make a black scratch on the upper eyelid making a kitten on the tip. What I liked the most about this L'ereal eyeliner was the precision, due to its very fine brush, which makes all the difference to draw a line quite right! Regarding the mask, I've heard about Artdeco for months, especially since it has a collection with Claudia Schiffer! What I liked the most was the volume that gave to my eyelashes! Even after drawing the eyeliner, with this mask you can see the eyelashes well separated! It has become one of my favorites so far!

As you see, my makeup routine is very simple and does not exceed a total of 6 products. And you? What are the beauty products tyou can not live with? Who is the one who can not leave the house without? And what products do tyou recommend?

Apesar de raramente falar do tema, eu gosto muito de beleza, tratamentos de pele, perfumes… tudo o que envolve beleza! O contacto com a área de beleza já vem desde menina, desde que via a minha mãe a tratar da sua pele cuidadosamente todos os dias. E ainda me lembro como se fosse hoje que sempre que ela saia de casa não se esquecia de colocar baton! Ao ver sempre estes pequenos detalhes da rotina da minha mãe, inevitavelmente cresci com vontade de explorar a área por minha conta! E foi o que fiz, quando a idade certa bateu à porta (sim porque acredito que existe uma idade certa) comecei a testar. Comecei por tentar usar base, depois comecei a pintar os olhos, testei o eyeliner… e após muitos anos aperfeçoei a maneira como gosto de me maquilhar, mas também como é importante cuidar da minha pele!

Hoje decidi falar um bocadinho da minha rotina de maquilhagem, em parceria com a Éclatant. A Éclatant é uma loja online com uma coleção basta desde perfumes até maquilhagem, para todos os gostos e géneros, fazendo com que o acto de comprar produtos de beleza seja mais fácil, afinal de contas está à distância de um simples click! No meu dia a dia primo por uma rotina de maquilhagem bem simples e rápida. Como sou uma doida por produtos de tratamento de pele, máscaras, séruns… a minha pele naturalmente tem um ar fresco e hidratado. Por isso, nunca uso base, somente corrector onde seja necessário. Mas o que tenho sempre na minha carteira e caixinha das necessidades (como a minha avó diria) é batom, eyeliner e máscara de pestanas! Num misto entre produtos de eleição e produtos que gostava de experimentar, decidir visitar o website da Éclatant e encomendei:

O batom é essencial na minha rotina. Gosto muito do acto por si só de colocar batom, mas também gosto como algo tão simples pode dar um ar mais vivo ao rosto. Esta fórmula da Dior é hidratante e leve, além da cor ser bem próxima e um batom que tinha da mesma marca e que foi descontinuado (detesto quando as marcas fazem isso). Um truque que uso sempre com o meu batom é duplicar a sua função: tanto uso nos lábios, como coloco uso como blush! Não só uniformiza o tom do nosso rosto, mas também é prático e muito on the go!

Apesar de adorar batom, a minha rotina foca-se muito no olhar! Desde menina, toda a gente me dizia como os meus olhos eram grandes e por esse motivo vi-os sempre como um dos meus melhores traços (afinal é a porta para a nossa alma)! Por isso, tratar das sobrancelhas, usar corrector, desenhar o eyeliner e colocar máscara nas pestanas é essencial! O eyeliner é o meu melhor amigo. Admito, de todos os produtos que uso, não sairia de casa sem o eyeliner. Desde que comecei a utilizar, sinto que fica-me bem e sinto-me confiante quando faço um risco preto na pálpebra superior fazendo um gatinho na ponta. O que mais gostei neste eyeliner da L’óreal foi a precisão, devido ao seu pincel bem fininho, o que faz toda a diferença a desenhar uma linha bem direitinha! Já quanto à máscara, já ouço falar sobre a Artdeco há meses, sobretudo por ter uma coleção com a Claudia Schiffer! O que mais gostei foi o volume que deu às minhas pestanas! Mesmo após desenhar o eyeliner, com esta máscara consegue-se ver as pestanas bem separadas! Tornou-se uma das minhas favoritas até agora!
